The role is a Project Manager who collaborates with Japanese engineer product managers to define software requirements and lead projects across development and operations. The manager coordinates Vietnamese engineers, manages schedules and tasks, and ensures quality across design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and operations.
*Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Japanese engineer product managers to define software requirements and lead software development and operations projects
- Explain specifications to Vietnamese engineers and manage project schedules and tasks
- Perform appropriate quality management in each phase: design, implementation, and testing to deliver high-quality software
- Work with Japanese engineer product managers to create design documents
- Optionally design systems based on requirements and specifications received from Japanese engineer product managers
- Manage engineers’ schedules, tasks, and issues
- Perform high-quality software and architecture design
- Keep source code clean and efficient and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality above a certain standard
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality management, including functional and non-functional aspects
- Collaborate with Japanese engineers on initiatives to improve quality
- Create and manage documentation necessary for maintenance
- Monitor system operation status and respond to incidents when they occur
